RETURN POLICY

At The Clandestine Underground, we happily accept returns for store credit or even exchanges on eligible items. We want you to love your pieces! That said, we are a small business making everything to order, so here's how returns work:

🛍️ ELIGIBLE RETURNS

• Returns are accepted for store credit only.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of smoke, deodorant, and perfume

  • Have all original tags attached (note: some items may arrive without tags)

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of your order date

• Once approved, your return must arrive back at our HQ within 14 days

🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased with a 30%+ discount code

• Items marked “SALE” on our website (including Mystery Bags)

• Any tried on or worn jewelry 

• Bodysuits, bralettes, intimates, or swimwear

• Gift cards

🔁 EXCHANGES

• We offer exchanges for different sizes on most non-final-sale items.

• In the return form, please note the size you’re exchanging for.

• If your requested size is on preorder, your exchange will follow that shipping timeline (up to 12 business days).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges. A shipping invoice will be sent after your request is reviewed.

📦 RETURN PROCESS

1. Log in to your account at My Account

2. Go to My Account → Orders → Request Return

3. Select your items and reason for return

4. Add exchange details in the NOTES section (if applicable)

5. Submit the request

Once approved:

• You’ll receive a return label via email

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit total

• Allow 5 business days after delivery for your return to be processed

• Store credit will be emailed to you once complete
